Joanne previously worked as a Practice Manager for 20 years and took up the role of CHAW PCN Operational Lead in 2020. Main role is to develop the services offered to the practices via the CHAW PCN staff covering Pharmacy, Mental Health and First Contact Physio. The PCN also works closely with the practices and care communities on various initiatives.
