Menopause and Me
A friendly, supportive space for anyone going through menopause – or for those who want to learn more, ask questions, and share experiences.

Menopause and Me – a little information about us
Menopause can be a time of significant change, and having a supportive environment can make a real difference.
Our sessions aim to create a welcoming, understanding space where people feel comfortable to learn, share experiences,
and feel supported.
These sessions have been developed in response to local need within the CHAW Care Community and provide a safe,
informative and judgement-free space for women across our community.
Our first session, “Understanding Menopause – Empowering Ourselves Through the Transition,” will be led by
Lisa Moss, Menopause Café Facilitator and Menopause Champion.
About the sessions

The Coach and Four (upstairs)

Sessions focus on sharing expert information and encouraging mutual support in an open, inclusive and judgement-free space.
